Further, the company was converted into a Public Limited Company vide Fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon change of name on conversion to Public Limited company dated May 13,1992 issued by ROC and the name of the company was changed to Bisil Plast Limited.

The name of the Company was again changed to Bisleri Gujarat Limited on March 17, 2006 and again to Bisil Plast Limited on April 7, 2008.
